The Cafe

Roses offers modern American cuisine based on fresh regional ingredients and determined by the season. Culinary influences include Italian and French country cooking, as well as a nod to the American Southwest. You’ll find simple, well-executed, handmade fare that features the best ingredients available. Our artisan breads baked in house complement our soups, sandwiches and daily specials.

Wines from our store can also be savored in the cafe with a small corkage fee.

We Support Local Farmers

The quality of our food is driven by the ingredients. We've made a commitment to using the finest and freshest ingredients that we can source. They spring from intentional farming and harvesting practices that promote and respect harmony. This includes sourcing fruits, vegetables, meats and shellfish from farms and producers on the surrounding islands. We seek out organic and sustainable practices, as well as grass-fed, island-raised lamb and beef.

Here are some of our favorite farms and producers:

Blue Moon Farm
Boulder Haven Farm
Bright Meadow Farm
Coffelt Farm
Foraged and Found
Horse Drawn Farm
